Meetings take place at the agreed-upon location set by the hosting schedule. This could be a different home each time or a consistent spot that works for everyone. 3. How does the facilitator fit into the schedule? The facilitator will arrive at the designated location for each meeting, ready to lead the book club session. They’ll guide the discussion, activities, and ensure the kids get the most out of each book. 4. What if our group needs to change the meeting location? No problem! Just make sure to communicate any changes to the facilitator in advance so they know where to meet the group. 5. How long does each session last? Each facilitated session typically lasts about 60 minutes, with additional time for questions or discussions if needed.

The group meets at the location chosen by the hosting family for that month. 4. How is the meeting structured? The meeting includes a discussion of the book, interactive activities, and time for questions. The goal is to make reading fun and engaging! Some groups use the pre or post session time for group dinners, playdates, parent meetings, and more!
